I’m Carole Pipitone President & CEO of TP Total Flooring LLC
TP Total Flooring was formed in 2015. My husband Tony Pipitone accepted an early retirement package and retired from Shaw Industries as a Regional Hard Surface Vice President after a stellar career that lasted over 20 years.
Tony and I took a well deserved vacation for 6 months, and during that time I watched his phone ring almost daily with multiple job offers, paid consultations, and franchise opportunities. This led me to realize that Tony was too young to retire as he was still being sought after by many businesses in the industry.
I formed TP Total Flooring so Tony and others could use their talents and industry connections to connect both international and domestic manufacturers with distributors, major retailers, and multi-store chains in the Southeast and beyond.
